Brushing the light - Part 1

Put the shutter as shut as possible...
Settle up a long time exposing (between 1 and 3 seconds)
Then shot as your camera was a brush and the light some painting...

That was just a window in a dark waiting room...
Bored by waiting, I decided to paint...
