Hi my name is kathy and me and my boyfriend are having a baby. As of right now we've got nothing, no house, no car, we have a backpack with some clothes and this computer and thats it. Mark had to quit his job recently due to harrasment and i was a house wife. When a week had passed since marks income stopped and he was unable to find a steady job the gentleman we were living with decided it was time for us to leave. This put us on the streets, that's a picture of me at a local restaurant asleep, you cant tell but shortly after mark took that picture they told us to leave because they couldn't let us sleep in the restaurant. Mark works when he can but he doesnt make enough to do much more than survive so we end up paying people here and there for a night or two when we can find someone willing so we can get cleaned up, and between that and food we are always scrapping the bottom of the barrel. I have no idea what to do, with no idea when a real job will come and if it will even be enough to get a place somewhere im afraid that the state will try and say we are not fit parents and try to take our son from us. Im so lost, im here asking for help because i dont know what else to do.. I know this thing has a goal and honestly we don't even need that much, it would be nice to buy a mobile home and buy a cheap car, that's just wishful hoping on my part, but anything would help, atleast something to give us a fighting chance. Mark said i was dumb for trying this. He said this would never work cause people just don't care enough about other people anymore, but i have to try, im just hoping he's not right.. Im not asking anyone to bust out a blank check, or empty their bank account, i just want to know my baby is coming home with us when he comes into this world and right now the way it looks without help that wont happen...

Cette recherche, publiée dans l’édition du 7 décembre de la revue Science, confirme l’hypothèse de sentiments humains chez l’animal. Mais cette étude de la structure mentale des souris ou des rats, permet aussi d’expliquer certaines émotions chez l’Homme, comme l’empathie ou la bienveillance. Sans cette couche d’émotion « animale », notre capacité émotionnelle serait considérablement réduite, commente un neuroscientifique de la Washington State University, impatient que les connaissances scientifiques soient suffisantes pour pouvoir mieux développer et tester sur l’animal, des médicaments pour traiter nos troubles émotionnels et psychiatriques bien humains.

Que certaines personnes un peu « gaga » traitent leur compagnon animal comme s’il était un être humain, ce qui s’appelle de « l’anthropomorphisme » (http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anthropomorphisme) - certains, encore plus gaga, le faisant avec leur voiture ou autres objets ! – ne peut plus nous laisser ignorer le fait que les animaux ne sont pas si loin de nous, en matière d’émotions et de sentiments. Certes il existe des différences, des degrés, l’homme étant certainement le « plus » émotionnel et le « plus » sentimental d’entre les animaux (n’allons pas oublier que nous sommes des animaux, évolués certes, quoique des fois, on pourrait se demander à quoi cela lui sert).

Mais il n’est pas besoin d’être un expert scientifique pour témoigner que l’animal peut aussi ressentir la tendresse, l’amour, la peur, l’angoisse; être joyeux ou déprimé, avoir sa propre personnalité, y compris parmi ceux vivant à l’état sauvage, en de très nombreux point similaire aux humains.

Et il n’est pas un seul jour sans que nous découvrions combien certaines espèces ont des psychologies hautement évoluées, au point qu’il se pourrait bien qu’ils nous dépasseraient dans certains domaines, comme par exemple leur vie sociale, voir leur culture - les baleines ont un chant différent par groupe, et qui change de saison en saison. Et que dire de ces grands singes captifs qui sont capables d’exprimer leurs sentiments par la peinture ?

Alors, à tous ces « humains », si primitifs pour penser encore que l’animal n’est mu que par un « instinct », qu’il n’a ni émotions, ni sentiments… Je dis ceci : avant de parler, documentez-vous, apprenez, réfléchissez. Certains animaux le font bien, eux.

Nous ne sommes "propiétaire" de rien, surtout pas de cette planète. Alors commençons à la respecter.

Pour combien de temps encore allons-nous laisser les USA régler le monde, comme si nous n’étions que de sales gosses dans une cours de récréation ?

Pour combien de temps encore allons-nous fermer les yeux sur ce qu’est VRAIMENT ce pays, encore hanté par ses rêves de « conquête de l’ouest », ramassis de cow-boys armés, en quête d’ennemies à exterminer, piller, soumettre, embrigader dans sa course folle ?

Le « rêve américain » est devenu le « cauchemar planétaire » et son immense talent pour la destruction d’autrui à son propre bénéfice a même réussi à engendrer la perversion inverse chez ceux supposés lui résister. Car ne nous laissons pas leurrer, le « bloc communiste » n’est plus qu’un déchet toxique tout aussi cauchemardesque – personne ne pourra ignorer comment sont traités les travailleurs chinois qui, soit dit en passant, sont depuis longtemps, au service de sa majesté impérialiste d’Amérique, pour ne citer qu’eux. Personne ne peut ignorer le calvaire que vivent les habitants des pays autocratiques religieux, soumis à la torture pour mieux adorer un Dieu et en servir un autre, le Dieu « argent » dont se repaissent leurs maîtres. 

Ce qui finalement boucle la boucle. Les peuples du monde aliénés à la globalisation de ce principe devenu universellement planétaire « Le labeur de tous pour le profit de quelques-uns » et ce, à n’importe quel prix – L’autodestruction inclus.

Et puisque ceux qui auraient encore un peu de latitude pour penser, préfèrent se saouler au pi de l’abondance à crédit, se repaitre de reality show abêtissant, avilissant, anesthésiant.

Alors que nous reste-il, nous, les quelques sains d’esprit, face à cette planète folle ?

Nous cacher dans un petit trou avec un minimum vital et attendre la chute de l’hydre tyrannique, en espérant ne pas être là où elle tombera…

For how long are we going to allow the U.S. to address the world as if we were only nasty brats in a playground?

For how long are we going to close our eyes to what this country REALLY is, still haunted by its dreams of "conquest of the West," bunch of armed cowboys seeking enemies to destroy, plunder, submit, sucked in its mad run?

The "American Dream" has become the "global nightmare" and its talent for the destruction of others to his own benefit even managed to produce the reverse perversion among those expected to resist. Let's not kid ourselves, the "communist bloc" is no more than a toxic waste, nightmarish as well - nobody can ignore how Chinese workers, to name a few, are treated. Who, by the way, have long been at the service of its imperialist majesty of America. Nobody can ignore the plight faced by the people of countries autocratically religious, tortured to better worship a God and serve another one, God "money" that feeds their masters.

That finally closes the loop. Peoples of the world alienated to the globalization of this universally planetary principle: "The labor of all for the benefit of a few," and at any price - self destruction included.

And since those who have a little more latitude to think, prefer to get drunk plenty of worse credit, feasting on stultifying, demeaning, anesthetic TV shows.

So what's left over for us, we, the healthy minds, facing this crazy planet?

To hide in a small hole with a minimum living, and wait for the fall of the tyrannical hydra, hoping not to be where it falls...
